Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low-noise amplifier equipped with notch filtering, wherein, in the low-noise amplifier comprising a degeneration inductor, a resonant frequency of the inductor and a notch filter frequency which are used for impedance matching match each other, such that the harmonic control scope of a harmonic rejection mixer can be eased.
