Abstract:
Disclosed is a low-noise amplifier and a low-noise-amplifier integrated-circuit device. The low-noise-amplifier integrated-circuit device comprises: an RF input port; an RF output port; an amplification module; a first external port which is linked to the output terminal of the amplification module and is for connecting to the input terminal of an external device; and a second external port which is linked to the RF output port and is for connecting to the output terminal of the external device.
