Abstract:
In this low-noise amplifier using a grounded source amplification circuit, frequency characteristics are improved while reducing noise. The low-noise amplifier comprises: a grounded gate amplification circuit; an inversion amplification circuit; and a negative feedback resistor. In the low-noise amplifier, the grounded gate amplification circuit amplifies a received signal, and outputs the resulting signal as an internal signal. In the low-noise amplifier, the inversion amplification circuit inversely amplifies the internal signal, and outputs resulting signal as an output signal. Further, the negative feedback resistor is inserted between an input terminal and an output terminal of the inversion amplification circuit.
