Abstract:
Disclosed is a low-noise guide rail for a setting machine. The guide rail comprises a sliding guide rail head chain wheel drive part and a sliding guide rail head chain drive part, wherein the sliding guide rail head chain wheel drive part is internally provided with a drive chain wheel; two side edges of the sliding guide rail head chain drive part are provided with chain grooves; a position at the sliding guide rail head chain wheel drive part and below the drive chain wheel is provided with a hook-shaped plate butt-jointing inner side edges of the ends of the chain grooves at the two side edges of the sliding guide rail head chain drive part, and the outermost point of an outer ring of the hook-shaped plate slightly protrudes out of the inner side edges of the chain grooves. In the present invention, the hook-shaped plate corresponding to inner side edges of chain grooves at two side edges of the sliding guide rail head chain drive part are arranged at a position at the sliding guide rail head chain wheel drive part and below the drive chain wheel, and the hook-shaped plate can support a bottom plate of a chain, so as to prevent the chain from swinging down-up-down in a Y-axis direction when running to the drive chain wheel, thereby reducing or even eliminating noise and reducing wear on the inner side edges of the chain grooves.
