Abstract:
Disclosed is a low-noise negative voltage stabilizer, comprising a fully integrated charge pump, an offset generator, an error amplifier, a transmission transistor, a dividing resistor R1 and a dividing resistor R2. The fully integrated charge pump provides negative voltages for the offset generator, the error amplifier and the transmission transistor, and the offset generator is connected to the error amplifier, and provides an offset current for the error amplifier so that the error amplifier works normally; the error amplifier is connected to a grid electrode of the transmission transistor, and provides a negative voltage for same; and the transmission transistor is connected to the dividing resistor R1 and the dividing resistor R2 in series and is connected to the ground, and one end of the dividing resistor R2 is connected to an input port of the error amplifier to constitute a negative feedback loop, so as to realize dynamic adjustment of an output voltage of the transmission transistor. By using the fully integrated charge pump to provide a power source, not only is the integration level of the whole voltage stabilizer improved, but the output voltage of the low-noise negative voltage stabilizer also has low noise and low output impedance. The applicability of the low-noise negative voltage stabilizer is wide.
