Abstract:
Provided is a cyanoacrylate composition comprising at least one rubber toughening compound; and at least one β-alkoxyalkyl cyanoacrylate. The rubber toughening compound and β-alkoxyalky cyanoacrylate are well compatible with each other so that high odor alkyl cyanoacrylates, such as ethyl cyanoacrylate, is not needed in the composition. The cured product of cyanoacrylate composition exhibits excellent side impact and T-peel strength to various of metals.
