Abstract:
A low-pair cambered-surface stop block type overrunning clutch comprises an outer rotating member (1), an inner rotating member (2), a friction block assembly (10), a wedging assembly (20), a first push rotation device assembly (30), a first elastic member (40, 40'), and a synchronous push block assembly (50). Multiple friction blocks (11, 12) of the friction block assembly (10) are connected end to end and are disposed between a first rotating ring (1a) and a second rotating ring (2a). A driving member drives the first push rotation device assembly (30) to push the synchronous push block assembly (50) so as to achieve synchronization of the friction block assembly (10). The first push rotation device assembly (30) bumps into the friction block assembly (10) and is static relative to the friction block assembly (10), so that the friction block assembly (10) is pushed to rotate reversely with a driven member, the wedging assembly (20) is wedged to generate radial pushing force to the friction block assembly (10), the friction block assembly (10) achieves low-pair cambered-surface stop with the driving member and achieves wedged locking with the driven member, and accordingly torque transmission is achieved. The overrunning clutch truly achieves low-pair stop, has a higher torque bearing capacity, a more-sensitive reaction and better abrasion-resisting performance, and can be widely used in a variety of high-speed, large-torque and strong-impact scenarios.
