Abstract:
An emulsifier for pesticides and a preparation method therefor. Said emulsifier comprises component A and component B, the ratio of component A to component B being 1:1..Component A comprises in parts by weight: 12-20 parts of a sodium polyepoxysuccinate, 6-12 parts of a sodium polyaspartate, 11-20 parts of water, 2.5-4 parts of isoamylol, and 2-3 parts of an imidazoline-type corrosion inhibitor; and component B comprises in parts by weight: 10-16 parts of a polymaleic acid, 11-18 parts of water, and 8-17 parts of sodium molybdate. As such, when in use, the composite scale inhibitor can be directly added to circulating cooling water in an amount of 50-70 mg/L. The total phosphorus content in the obtained circulating water is less than 0.5 mg/L, which meets the requirements of grade one of the National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard, "Maximum Allowable Discharge Concentration for Category II Pollutants", and thus the circulating water can be directly discharged when needed. The composite scale inhibitor is a real low-phosphorus environmentally-friendly composite corrosion and scale inhibitor.
