Abstract:
Disclosed are a low-platinum catalyst based on nitride nano particles, and a preparation method therefor. Active metal components of the catalyst directly coat the surfaces of nitride particles or the surfaces of carbon carrier loaded nitride particles. The preparation method comprises: preparing ammonia complex of transition metal, and nitriding the obtained ammonia complex solid in ammonia atmosphere to obtain nitride nanometer particles; loading the nitride nanometer particles on the surface of a working electrode, and depositing active components on the surface of the nitride nanometer particles by using a pulse sedimentation method, so as to obtain the low-platinum-load catalyst using nitride as a substrate. The catalyst can be used as an anode or cathode catalyst of a low-temperature fuel cell, has very high catalytic activity and stability, can greatly reduce the precious metal consumption in the fuel cell, and greatly reduces the cost of the fuel cell. The present invention has the important characteristics of being controllable in deposition amount, simple and convenient to operate, free of protection of inert atmosphere, and the like, and is suitable for large scale industrialized production.
