Abstract:
The present invention relates to a low-power current transformer and a temperature compensation method therefor, the transformer enabling the reliability of a measurement value to be increased with respect to changes in the temperature of the low-power current transformer, and having a temperature sensor attached at the perimeter of the low-power current transformer and performing correction so that temperature compensation satisfying the temperature standard of IEC61869-6 is applied thereto. The low-power current transformer to which temperature compensation is applied, according to the present invention, comprises: a current sensor to which a first temperature sensor is attached, and which senses the current of the low-power current transformer; and a secondary transformer to which a second temperature sensor is attached, and which performs secondary transformation in order to transmit measured current information to a merging unit.
