Abstract:
The present invention relates to a low-pressure impregnation apparatus, and comprises: a holder comprising a plurality of support frames, wherein a support column is installed vertically on one side; a support die that extends in a horizontal direction at the top of said support column but supported in a one-armed beam shape to enable a hinged motion; a punch supported by suspension at the center of said support die to enable a hinged motion and that is furnished with a sack having a punch at its tip; an electric furnace for controlling heating temperatures that has inside it a pressurizing space as a cylindrical part based on the access of said punch so that alloy matter inside the mold can infiltrate a preform installed inside by applying a load to the cylindrical part of said punch; and a weight load that is supported by suspension at the tip of said support die to allow a hinged motion and that has a support part at its tip to load the weight according to its setting. As a low-pressure impregnator, the punch can pressurize freely at a low pressure and continuous measurements are enabled both upward and downward, noise can be eliminated, gravity is used to perform impregnation regardless of the existing spring tension, and impregnation operations are simple and straightforward so that it the apparatus can be used continuously and very conveniently.
