Abstract:
Provided are a low-protein natural rubber and method for preparation thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: providing a dispersion containing a rubber antioxidant; mixing deproteinized natural latex with the dispersion containing the rubber antioxidant to obtain a mixture; solidifying, washing, crimping, granulating and drying the mixture in sequence to obtain a low-protein natural rubber. The preparation method can prevent rubber material from sticking and entrapment during drying, improve drying efficiency, and can also improve the aging resistance and mechanical properties of low-protein natural rubber.
