Abstract:
A low-resistance hollowed-out ventilated sole and a production process. The low-resistance hollowed-out ventilated sole comprises a shoe front sole (1) and a shoe middle sole (2); the shoe middle sole (2) comprises a half sole portion (3), a heel portion (4), and a middle waist portion (5) corresponding to the position of a foot arch which are integrally formed; a first connecting portion (6) is provided at the connection position of the half sole portion (3) and the shoe front sole (1); the first connecting portion (6) is provided with a U-shaped heel cup (15) used for stabilization and preventing sprain; a first through hole (7) is formed in the position, located at the top end of the shoe front sole (1), of one side of the first connecting portion (6); a second connecting portion (8) used for reducing the friction pain of the heel is provided on the outer side of the heel portion (4); and the shoe middle sole (2) is designed to be hollowed out, a supporting region (10) is provided on the middle waist portion (5), and a first elastic cushion block (11) is provided on the supporting region (10). The low-resistance hollowed-out ventilated sole has the beneficial effects of being light, capable of preventing spraining, ventilated and capable of reducing aching pain of parts such as shanks and ankles caused by frequent pressing of flatfeet during walking.
