Abstract:
A low resistance kitchen slicing knife, comprising a knife body (2) and a knife handle (1), the knife body (2) and the knife handle (1) being integrally formed, a knife blade (3) being disposed on the lower end of the knife body (2), the knife blade (3) being an asymmetrical cutting edge, a front blade surface of the knife blade (3) being arranged in turn from top to bottom as a front anti-stick recess (4), a force reduction transition section (9), and a cutting edge (8), a rear blade surface of the knife blade (3) being arranged in turn from top to bottom as a rear anti-stick recess (5), a strain relief section (6), a boss transition section (7), and a cutting edge (8), the front anti-stick recess (4) being arranged at the lower side of the rear anti-stick recess (5). The design of the blade is novel, rational, and extremely sharp, and achieves targeted reduction of various kinds of resistance of the knife during use, being suitable for cutting, slicing, and shredding meat, fruit, and vegetables.
