Abstract:

Disclosed are a low speed and high torque electric motor outer rotor, an electric motor and a crane. The outer rotor comprises a cylindrical rotor housing (3), permanent magnets (6) are arranged regularly in the rotor housing (3) in a circumferential direction and an axial direction, two circumferential side faces of the permanent magnets (6) are inclined planes of which the inner sides are in a cutting-angle state, and the length of the permanent magnets (6) is between 30-95 mm and the thickness thereof is between 8-18 mm. The electric motor uses the above-mentioned rotor, fixing plates (4) are fixedly mounted at two ends of the rotor housing (3), a stator slot on a stator core (1) is a pear-shaped slot, and a right end of a centre shaft (2) is fixedly mounted on a right rigid support provided with an anti-rotation structure. The crane uses the rotor housing (3) of the electric motor as a winding drum of a hoisting mechanism to connect and wind steel ropes (49) of the hoisting mechanism. The electric motor is beneficial for decreasing harmonic torque, has a simplified structure, steady operation, little vibration, low noise and low temperature increase, and is capable of operating normally under low speed (ultra-low speed) and high torque.
