Abstract:
The present invention provides a low-temperature cooling device and a SQUID sensor module. The low-temperature cooling device includes: an external container; an internal container arranged in the external container, wherein said internal container has a neck unit having a first diameter and a body unit having a second diameter larger than the first diameter; an insert inserted into the neck unit of the internal container; and a plurality of SQUID sensor modules inserted into the body unit of the internal container. Each of the SQUID sensor modules has a fan-shaped columnar shape and is fixed and coupled to the bottom plate in the internal container.
