Abstract:
By using the low-temperature damage-relieving agent or necrosis inhibitor according to the present invention, said agent or inhibitor containing a coffee extract, or the method according to the present invention for preserving a living organ, tissue or cell, said method comprising using a medium containing a coffee extract, a living organ, tissue or cell can be stably preserved at a non-freezing low temperature without causing damage.
