Abstract:
Low-temperature environmental-friendly high-rubber asphalt having high performance and a production process therefor. Raw materials of the high-rubber asphalt comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 60-80% of heavy-traffic asphalt, 8-32% of high-rubber asphalt master batch, 1-9% of SBS, and 0.2-3% of crosslinking agent; the high-rubber asphalt master batch is a homogeneous blended material obtained by firstly performing desulfurization degradation on desulfurized rubber powder in a deconstruction agent and then adding matrix asphalt for blending together; the high-rubber asphalt is a mixture obtained by firstly adding the high-rubber asphalt master batch and the SBS into the heavy-traffic asphalt for blending and then performing stabilization thereon by means of the crosslinking agent. For the high-rubber asphalt, at a temperature of about 160°C, the rubber powder can be well dispersed between asphalt colloids, so that the environment protection problems of sharp flavor and the like difficult to be overcome in rubber modified asphalt production are effectively solved.
