Abstract:

The present invention belongs to the field of controlling nitrogen oxide pollution, and relates to a low-temperature and highly efficient denitration catalyst and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) formulating an aqueous cerium nitrate solution; (2) impregnating a mesoporous silica material SBA-15 into the solution obtained in step (1), and after stirring, filtering, washing and drying; (3) calcining the material prepared in step (2) to obtain uniformly dispersed CeO2-SBA-15 material; (4) formulating an ethanol solution of manganese nitrate; (5) impregnating the CeO2-SBA-15 material obtained in step (3) into the ethanol solution of manganese nitrate obtained in step (4), then volatilizing off ethanol, and washing and drying; and (6) calcining the material prepared in step (5) to obtain uniformly dispersed MnxOy/CeO2-SBA-15 denitration catalyst. The preparation method is simple in process and has a lower cost. The prepared catalyst MnxOy/CeO2-SBA-15 has uniform and ordered pore channels, a large specific surface area, a narrow pore size distribution, a good dispersity of catalytic components, a high catalytic activity, a better denitration effect in a low temperature zone, and a relatively wide range of available denitration temperatures.
