Abstract:
A low-temperature pressurized hydrolysis tank comprises a tank body (1), an outer coil (2), an insulating layer (3), supporting legs (4), a discharge valve pipe assembly (5), an intake valve pipe assembly (6), a drainage valve pipe assembly (7), a saturated water inlet valve pipe assembly (8), a saturated water outlet valve pipe assembly (9), a screw conveying means (12), and an exhaust valve pipe assembly (10). The outer coil (2) coils around the tank body (1), and the insulating layer (3) wraps the outer coil (2); the saturated water inlet and saturated water outlet of the outer coil (2) are respectively connected to the saturated water inlet valve pipe assembly and outlet valve pipe assembly (8, 9), the screw conveying means (12), a manhole (11), the exhaust valve pipe assembly (10), a pressure gauge (13), a safety valve (14), a thermometer (15) and a temperature sensor (16) are provided on the top of the tank body (1); a discharge port at the bottom of the tank body (1) is connected to the discharge valve pipe assembly (5), the drainage valve pipe assembly (7) and the intake valve pipe assembly (6). The low-temperature pressurized hydrolysis tank performs indirect heating using the saturated water, and can ensure that the temperature of the material in the hydrolysis tank does not exceed 120°C. The low-temperature pressurized hydrolysis tank uses a compressor to perform pressurization to exceed the steam associated pressure of direct heating, which not only achieves the purpose of hydrolysis, but also does not generate volatile organic pollutants, or odors and peculiar smells.
