Abstract:
Provided is a low-temperature pump, comprising: a pump housing, the pump housing comprising a suction port; a cold head, the cold head being located in the pump housing; a shielding member, the shielding member being located in the pump housing and covering the cold head; and a baffle plate (1), the baffle plate (1) being arranged at the suction port, and the baffle plate (1) comprising a gas channel (10), wherein the gas channel (10) is provided with an inlet (101a) and an outlet (102a), on a cross section of the pump housing, an orthographic projection of the baffle plate (1) completely covers an orthographic projection of the suction port, the gas channel (10) comprises a first portion (101) and a second portion (102) intersecting with each other, one end of the first portion (101) defines the inlet (101a), and one end of the second portion (102) defines the outlet (102a).
