Abstract:
A low-temperature rapid freeze-drying system comprises a refrigeration circuit, a rapid free-drying circuit, and an adsorption drying circuit. The refrigeration circuit comprises a compressor unit (CU), a first heat exchanger (HX1), an air cooler (AC), a second heat exchanger (HX2), a throttle component (JT), a third heat exchanger (HX3), a circulation fan (FAN), a drying chamber (DC), a third valve (V3), a fourth valve (V4), and a connection pipe. The system utilizes a heat exchanger having a refrigeration function to store cooling capacity of a compressor, to use the cooling capacity collectively, thereby implementing rapid refrigeration of a material.
