Abstract:
Provided are a low-temperature regenerator (19) and a low-temperature refrigerator. The low-temperature regenerator (19) comprises a heat regenerating pipe (17). A partition pipe (14) is coaxially arranged in the heat regenerating pipe (17). A plurality of through holes (15) is evenly distributed in the pipe wall of the partition pipe (14). A heat regenerating filler is arranged in the partition pipe (12). A plurality of rib rings (18) wound in the circumferential direction is provided on the outer wall of the partition pipe (14). A buffer cavity (16) is formed between the inner wall of the heat regenerating pipe (17) and the outer wall of the partition pipe (14). The low-temperature refrigerator comprises a compressor, a transmission pipe (1), a stage-by-stage cooler (2), a low-temperature regenerator (19), a cold-end heat exchanger (4), a pulse tube (5), a hot-end heat exchanger (6), an inertance tube (7) and an air reservoir (8) that are sequentially connected. According to the low-temperature regenerator (19), by means of the design of the buffer cavity (16) and the through holes (15), radial flow is introduced, so that the heat exchange mode of the low-temperature regenerator (19) with the sections is switched from pure heat conduction to a mode that heat convection is coupled with the heat conduction, radial heat transfer is enhanced, the temperature gradient in the circumferential direction of the regenerator can be balanced more rapidly, the non-uniform phenomenon in the regenerator can be effectively inhibited, and the efficiency of the refrigerator can be improved.
