Abstract:
The present invention relates to a volume-variable sterilization apparatus by which the volume of a chamber providing a sterilization space is variated, and thus the vacuum level of the inside thereof is adjusted, thereby enabling the effective permeating and supplying of a sterilizing material, thereby enabling the enhancement of a sterilization effect. The present invention comprises: a chamber for providing a sealed sterilization space; a sterilizing material supply part for supplying a sterilizing material into the chamber; and a volume variating means for variating the volume of the sterilization space, thereby variating the pressure in the sterilization space.
