A low temperature zoning formation system by a convection type thermal stratification for forming a low temperature zone separated from polluted outside air on a movable or fixed table capable of performing specified processings such as auction while holding the freshness of commodities such as sea food in a period starting at the carrying-in of the commodities into a wholesale market to the delivery of the commodities from the market through a purchase and sale of the commodities to the delivery of the commodities from the market , comprising an upper open type case (30) furnished with a vehicle (30a), a brine reciprocating liquid unit (30b) provided separately from the case (30), and a brine pipe line (30c), the upper open type case (30) further comprising a roller conveyor (35) installed at a bottom center, a flat cooling plate group installed adjacent to the roller conveyor, and a cooling plate group installed on the inner surfaces of both side walls in lateral direction.
