Abstract:
Disclosed is a low-tension anchor cable construction method capable of reducing prestress loss. According to the sequence where an ultra-quick anchoring agent (1) is jacked first and a slow-speed anchoring agent (2) is jacked thereafter, the anchoring agents are completely jacked into a drilled hole by means of an anchor cable (3) and are fully stirred, same are left to stand until the ultra-quick anchoring agent (1) has completely solidified, and tensioning is then performed by means of a tension jack and an anchor tool; and load is held for a period of time, and the tensioning is then completed. The process is completed before the slow-speed anchoring agent (2) starts to solidify. During the tensioning process, a free section of the anchor cable (3) is the longest, and the proportion of the prestress loss caused by retraction of a clip of the anchor tool is the smallest; and the prestress loss caused by the debonding and slipping of a front end of an anchoring body can be eliminated by means of load holding.
