Abstract:
A liquid pump capable of appropriately absorbing a pulsation even if the pump
is driven at high frequency. A pulsation absorption unit (14) for absorbing a
pulsation has a pulsation absorption housing member (44) installed on a pump
housing member; a second diaphragm (48) installed on the pulsation absorption
housing member and defining a pulsation absorption chamber (46) communicated
with a liquid exit path (32) of a liquid pump unit; and a disc spring (50) for applying
pressure to the second diaphragm toward the pulsation absorption chamber.
