Abstract:
A low-yield-ratio marine-grade steel having yield strength greater than or equal to 750 MPa and a production process therefor. The steel plate comprises the following chemical components: 0.06%-0.10% of C, 0.1%-0.2% of Si, 0.60%-1.0% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.005% of S, 0.62%-1.20% of Cu, 0.20%-0.50% of Cr, 0.50%-1.20% of Ni, 0.30%-0.70% of Mo, less than or equal to 0.06% of Nb, 0.02%-0.05% of V, less than or equal to 0.02% of Ti, and less than or equal to 0.04% of Al, with the balance being Fe and impurities. By using Cu, Mo, Nb, V, and Ti in combination for strengthening and adjusting controlled rolling and cooling parameters, the steel plate has a microstructure which is a mixed structure of martensite-bainite-nanoscale precipitates, so that the steel plate has a high strain strengthening capacity and a low yield ratio, and has good weldability. The use of TMCP technology achieves low production costs and high efficiency.
