Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lower back exercise support belt using tension and an operating method thereof, the belt comprising: a support member coming in contact with the lower back so as to support the lumbar; length-adjustable members which respectively extend to both sides of the support member and which are adjustable in length; handles connected to each of the length-adjustable members; and a tension detection unit for allowing the handles to adjust the force for pulling the length-adjustable members and the support member, according to the health condition of the disc, and thus when the user bends the lower back forward while pulling the corresponding handles with both hands, the support member provides support while changing according to the curve of the lower back, thereby preventing excessive force from being applied to the disc. Unlike a conventional lower back exercise support belt, the present invention: has handles on both sides of the support belt such that when a user does a lower back muscle exercise while pulling the handles with both hands with the support belt coming in contact with the lower back, the lower back disc can be protected; has a tension detection unit such that users set the force for pulling the support belt according to a physical condition or health condition, and then perform a lower back muscle exercise while pulling the handles after checking the generation of corresponding tension, thereby preventing deterioration of herniated lumbar discs; and emits light in a specific color when the set tension is generated, and then stops the light emission when a certain time elapses or allows light to be emitted in other colors, thereby enabling stable exercise by allowing exercising time to be set.
