Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lower-body muscle-strengthening pacing appliance for sports shoes which is arranged in such a way as to strengthen not only lower-body muscles but also abdominal muscles when the sports shoe is worn during walking, by applying a predetermined force to both of the legs which are engaged in walking. Elasticated-cord tying rings (11) are provided in facing portions on the inner surfaces of both a left and a right sports shoe (10), and an elasticated cord (12) having a shorter length than a person's gait is tied to each of the elasticated-cord tying rings.
