Abstract:

This lower-side spring-receiving member (36) receives, at the lower side, a suspension spring (18) of a suspension device (10), said suspension spring (18) having a shape provided with a rising section (T). The lower-side spring-receiving member (36) is provided with: a base end part (ST) which has a partially annular shape, is provided at one end side, and has an end of the suspension spring (18) disposed therebetween; a slope part (SL) which is provided at the other end side, and has a thickness in a cross-sectional view which changes so as to follow the shape of the rising section (T) of the suspension spring (18); and a holding part (HL) which is provided between the base end part (ST) and the slope part (SL), and holds the suspension spring (18). A thinned section (Nk) is formed in the bottom-surface side of the slope part (SL). The thinned section (Nk) is provided with a ridge part (Rd) which is formed into a substantial chevron shape in a cross-sectional view of the inside thereof in the radial direction, and which is or is not in contact with an installation surface (44) when in a state prior to input of the spring load of the suspension spring (18).
