Title:
LOWER STRUCTURE COOLING APPARATUS FOR NUCLEAR REACTOR STEAM GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/146441
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for cooling a lower structure located on the lower part of a nuclear reactor steam generator. The apparatus comprises: a plurality of stud bolts for fixing a skirt of a nuclear reactor steam generator to a sliding base; and vertical through holes formed in the center of the stud bolts, respectively. Therefore, the lower structure cooling apparatus for a nuclear reactor steam generator prevents heating of the stud bolts by means of circulating the air through the center of the stud bolts. The present invention can easily be applied on site without requiring extensive replacement or reinforcement work for a nuclear power facility, enables great reduction of the temperature of a stagnant air area, such that thermal fatigue of the stud bolts is prevented and thermal deformation of the sliding base does not occur, inhibits the wear of a nuclear reactor heat-transfer tube, and enables further enhancement of the operation stability of a nuclear reactor system.
