Disclosed are a grease composition and a lubricating oil composition which exhibit excellent high-temperature, high-speed durability, can be used over a long time, and can prevent the detachment of rolling bearings or similar from a rolling surface due to hydrogen brittleness. A grease-sealed bearing (1) is provided with an inner ring (2), an outer ring (3) and a plurality of rolling elements (4). A seal member (6) for sealing a grease composition (7) on the periphery of the rolling elements is provided in opening sections (8a, 8b) at both ends in the axial direction of the inner ring (2) and the outer ring (3); the grease composition (7) includes a base oil, a thickening agent, and an additive agent; the additive agent includes carotenoids (astaxanthin, lycopene, β-carotene, capsaicin, capsanthin etcetera), organic sulfur compounds derived from natural materials (allysine, alliin, ajoene, isothiocyanate etcetera), and substances such as saponin, isoflavone, glutathione and coumarin.
