Abstract:
A rotating element train (9) that includes a transmission mechanism (16) is arranged inside of a transmission case (8), and the transmission mechanism is arranged at the bottommost part of the rotating element train. Further, a lubricant oil (52) is stored inside of the transmission case, and at least part of the transmission mechanism is immersed in the lubricant oil (52). A baffle plate (46), arranged in a position surrounding the bottom region of the transmission mechanism in the lubricating oil, prevents fluctuations in the oil surface level accompanying rotation of the rotating element train from reaching the transmission mechanism side.
