Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lubricating system of an intelligent cone crusher, and the objective of the present invention is to improve the durability of the cone crusher by checking the flow characteristics of a lubrication oil at a feed side and a recovery side of the lubrication oil so as to quickly diagnose a circulation failure of the lubrication oil, thereby directly and indirectly controlling the driving of the cone crusher. According to the present invention, the lubricating system of an intelligent cone crusher comprises: a tank (10) for storing the lubrication oil; a supply pipe (11) for supplying, to the cone crusher, the lubrication oil inside the tank; a pump (12) for pumping, to the cone crusher, the lubrication oil inside the tank through the supply pipe; a recovery pipe (13) for guiding, into the tank, the lubrication oil having passed through the cone crusher; a pressure sensor (20), as a feed-side sensing means, provided at the lubrication oil supply pipe so as to sense the lubrication oil supplied to the cone crusher; a switch (30), as a recovery-side sensing means, provided at the recovery pipe and sensing the lubrication oil collected in the tank; and a controller (40) for performing control such that the cone crusher is operated or for indicating a normal state or an abnormal state when both of a current feed-side sensing value and recovery-side sensing value satisfy normal conditions on the basis of values respectively sensed by the feed-side sensing means and the recovery-side sensing means.
