Abstract:
A lubrication additive for a composite carbon material, a super lubricating water lubricant, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. Said lubrication additive has a spherical structure, which is a composite layer structure having, in order from inside to outside, a nanodiamond layer, a polydopamine layer, and a graphene oxide layer, or is a composite layer structure having, in order from inside to outside, a nanodiamond layer, a polydopamine layer, a graphene layer, and a polydopamine layer, the number of composite layers is either a single layer or multiple layers, and a structure having multiple layers is made by repeatedly overlapping a plurality of composite layers. A preparation procedure is: mixing a dopamine hydrochloride solution, water, and a Tris solution, subsequently adding an HCl solution and mixing, obtaining a polydopamine encapsulated nanodiamond composite material, then reacting with a graphene oxide, obtaining a graphene oxide/polydopamine/nanodiamond composite material, mixing with water, and obtaining an super lubricating water lubricant, which has a friction coefficient reaching 0.003.
