Abstract:
This lubricative aluminum coating material comprises a chemical conversion film on at least one surface of an aluminum member, and a resin film on the chemical conversion film, wherein the ratio of the surface taken up by a convex portion, i.e. (surface area having large convex portion) / (surface area having small convex portion) in the partitioned regions formed by bifurcation of an arbitrary 0.8mm square region of the surface of the chemical conversion film in the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction of the aluminum member, is in the range of 1.0-3.2, and the polar component of the surface energy of the resin film is 0.1-3.6mN/m.
