Abstract:
A Lucuma nervosa A. DC. fragrance enhancer, comprising 3,7-dimethyl-6-octenoic acid methyl ester and/or butyric acid-3-(methylthio)propyl ester. When the Lucuma nervosa A. DC. fragrance enhancer and a Lucuma nervosa A. DC. extract are used mixed, or when the enhancer and a composition made from another essential oil raw material are used mixed, the Lucuma nervosa A. DC. essential oil produced has a rich fruit fragrance and a strong sulfide fragrance, effectively improving the fragrance and texture of a final product, featuring a lifelike, harmonious, and stable fragrance, suitable for industrial production.
