Abstract:
A luggage bottom shell structure, comprising a bottom shell body (1) and support rods (2), wherein mounting bosses (3) are respectively arranged at four internal corners of the bottom shell body (1); each support rod (2) is mounted on the corresponding mounting boss (3) by means of a connector (4); the mounting boss (3) is provided with a guide slot (5) corresponding to the support rod (2); and the guide slot (5) has one open end and the other end is closed, an inclined guide face (6), which is low at the front and high at the back, is provided in the open end of the guide slot (5), and a positioning support face (7) is provided in the closed end of the guide slot (5). During assembly of an item of luggage, the support rods (2) respectively pass through the connectors (4) and then fit with the guide slots (5), and slide to the positioning support faces (7) along the inclined guide faces (6) of the guide slots (5) to achieve positioning, such that the support rods (2) can be quickly mounted and fixed on the luggage bottom shell, making the overall structure of the item of luggage more stable.
