Abstract:
A luggage box for an automobile, sufficiently light and rigid, having excellent heat insulation ability, and external appearance and hardness, and having the following structure. The luggage box is a luggage box (1) placed on a luggage compartment floor in an automobile. The luggage box (1) is an injection foam molded article of a thermoplastic resin and has a bottom surface section (2) and a standing wall section (3) integral with the bottom surface section. Both bottom surface section (2) and standing wall section (3) have a foamed layer (9) and non-foamed layers (10, 11) formed on the surface of the foamed layer (9).
