Abstract:
Disclosed is a luggage transport method, the method comprising: acquiring luggage information and/or passenger information; using the luggage information and/or passenger information to confirm a beginning position and a target position of luggage, wherein one from among the beginning position and the target position is a luggage-storing position while the other is a luggage pick-up position; controlling a target robot to transport the luggage from the beginning position to the target position. By using said method, luggage shipment and pick-up may be completed efficiently, providing good user experience, and saving investments made by an airport on human resources. Further provided are a luggage transport method, a transport system, a robot, a terminal device, and a storage medium.
