Abstract:

The present invention relates to a lumbar aligning movement assisting device and, more particularly, to a lumbar aligning movement assisting device including a body formed as a cylinder and having acupressure rods capable of revolving, wherein a user can use one's own body to subject the lumbar region to acupressure and relax the muscles in order to strengthen the muscles, and can stretch the lumbar region so as to have the effect of a tractioning movement of the lumbar vertebrae.
