Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lumber support assembly, more specifically, an embodiment of the present invention, which is a lumber support assembly that is installed on the back of a car seat, thereby supporting the spine and the back parts of a passenger, and comprises: a support member that is installed inside the back of a seat; a guide bar that is mounted length-wise on the back of the support member, and couples with the upper portion of the support member so as to enable the upper end thereof to pivot; a spring panel, in which the upper end thereof is coupled via hinge to a hinge bracket provided on one side of the guide bar, and the lower end thereof is coupled so as to enable sliding motion thereof along the guide bar, and which is curved towards the direction of the support member; and an operating means having one end thereof coupled to one side of the hinge bracket and the other end thereof coupled to one side of the lower end of the spring panel, so as to provide a compressive force to curve the spring panel, and thus the lumber support assembly of the present invention improves the price competitiveness by enabling modularization, and absorbs the impact being applied to the back of a passenger while driving.
