Abstract:

This luminescence device (1, 1A) is provided with: a solid-state light-emitting element that gives off pulsed light; a wavelength conversion body (4, 4A) comprising a fluorescence body that gives off wavelength converted light having a longer wavelength than the pulsed light; and a light guide member (3) that has a light entering end (3a) and a light emission end (3b). The wavelength conversion body is disposed on the light emission end side of the light guide member. The pulsed light enters inside the light guide member from the light entering end, exits from the light emission end, and is emitted to the wavelength conversion body. The fluorescence spectrum of the wavelength conversion body has a maximum intensity value in a wavelength range over 710 nm. This electronic apparatus is provided with said luminescence device. This inspection method utilizes said luminescence device.
