Title:
LUTERIAL AND METHOD FOR ISOLATING AND CULTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/108246
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to blood-derived luterial and a method for isolating and culturing the same. The luterial according to the present invention is a cell or cell analogue which (1) is present in blood, semen, serous fluid, saliva, and cytosol; (2) exhibits a positive chromogenic reaction for Janus green B, Acridine orange, and Rhodamine 123 in the immunofluorescence test; (3) exhibits expression characteristics of genes derived from beta-proteobacteria and gamma-proteobacteria at the optimum condition (pH 7.2-7.4) and has a size of 30-800 nm; (4) exhibits expression characteristics of genes derived from eukaryotic cells as well as genes derived from beta-proteobacteria and gamma-proteobacteria in the acidified condition, the Sterptophyta genes being mainly expressed, the size being increased to from 400 nm or more to 2000 nm or more; (5) is involved in ATP production at the normal condition, and (6) is different from mitochondria, is completely different from exosome, and has fusion characteristics of a middle stage between prokaryotic cells and eukaryotic cells.
