Abstract:
In this linear motor for reciprocally driving a drive unit of a hydraulic device: permanent magnets comprise a first magnet and a second magnet which are provided at the proximal side and at the distal side of the hydraulic device, respectively, and which are divided into two in the longitudinal direction of the hydraulic device; and a first coil and a second coil in which coil wires are wound on a bobbin mutually in reverse directions are provided so as to be spaced apart from each other. At an end of an inner yoke on the hydraulic device side, an LVDT case member having built therein a solenoid coil, which constitutes an LVDT, is provided to project toward a region ahead of the end of the first magnet closer to the hydraulic device. A core, of the LVDT, linearly moving inside the solenoid coil in association with the bobbin is connected to a projecting portion extending, in a substantially cone shape, from the end edge of a cylindrical body of the bobbin. A magnetic ring which comprises a soft magnetic material and which is disposed in abutment against the end of the first magnet closer to the hydraulic device is further provided.
