Abstract:
[Problem] To establish a method for producing an Fc-containing molecule having a highly pure and uniform sugar chain structure while using as small amount of sugar chain donor molecules as possible, etc., said method allowing free selection of the enzymes to be used therein from a wide range of options regardless of residual hydrolysis activity or enzyme species. [Solution] A novel method for producing an Fc-containing molecule having a desired N297-binding sugar chain, characterized by combining steps 1 and 2 that are described in detail in the present description, etc.
