Abstract:
A method for setting up a call for a VoIP communication protocol processing server comprises the following steps: registering client information received from a VoIP client; receiving an incoming call set-up request message for the VoIP client; determining a mobile communication network IP address, which is mapped on the identifier of the VoIP client, based on the incoming call set-up request message and the registered client information, and delivering the incoming call set-up request message to the VoIP client through a mobile communication network; receiving from the VoIP client a call set-up reply message in response to the incoming call set-up request message; and setting up an incoming call based on at least one of the registered client information, the incoming call set-up request message, and the call set-up reply message. VoIP voice data is transmitted to / received from the VoIP client through a Wi-Fi network.
