Abstract:
An MA-M2T spinel solid solution enhanced magnesium oxide-based ceramic foam filter and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the steps of: (1) preparing, in percentage by mass, 15%-25% of nano-aluminum sol, 0.8%-1.5% of rheological agent, and the balance of magnesium oxide ceramic powder containing a nano-titanium oxide sintering aid, adding deionized water, mixing these materials uniformly by means of ball milling, and then preparing ceramic slurry having a solid content of 60%-70% by means of vacuum exhaust; (2) immersing a polyurethane foam plastic template into the ceramic slurry, extruding the polyurethane foam plastic template by means of a roller press to remove redundant immersion slurry to prepare a biscuit, and then heating the biscuit to 80-120°C for drying; and (3) putting the dried biscuit in a sintering furnace, heating the biscuit to 1,400-1,600°C for high-temperature sintering, and cooling same to room temperature along with the furnace to obtain a magnesium oxide-based ceramic foam filter.
