Abstract:
The invention discloses a machine for bundling banknotes automatically by inserting into a sleeve. The machine is comprised of a paper sleeve cartridge, a banknote feeding mechanism, a sleeve opening mechanism, a banknote pushing mechanism, a banknote position limitation mechanism, and a control system, wherein the banknote feeding mechanism, the sleeve opening mechanism, the banknote pushing mechanism and the banknote position limitation mechanism are installed horizontally on a common base plate, the banknote feeding mechanism, the sleeve opening mechanism and the banknote position limitation mechanism are arranged in a line, and the sleeve opening mechanism and the top part of the banknote position limitation mechanism are installed together with the holding frame of the paper sleeve cartridge. The paper sleeve cartridge is positioned immediately over the sleeve opening mechanism, the banknote pushing mechanism cooperates with the sleeve opening mechanism and the banknote feeding mechanism. In particular, the banknote pushing mechanism has a pushing rod which operationally fitted into the fixed sliding slot of the banknote feeding mechanism, and the sleeve opening mechanism is positioned under the paper sleeve cartridge and behind the banknote feeding port of the banknote feeding mechanism, in which the sleeve opening tiebar is abutted against the cam-crank of the banknote pushing mechanism. The control system is connected electrically to the other parts via motors and sensors. The machine according to the present invention is environmentally friendly and its degree of automotization is high.
